This policy explains, in plain language, what AstroSpark ("we") collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes how the site works today.

1. What we collect

  • Birth details you enter for a Kundli or Kundli matching: name (optional), date, time and place of birth, and the place's coordinates. For matching, the same for both people.
  • Your mobile number, which the Kundli form asks for. It is used for your phone-number numerology and is saved with your birth details in the request history.
  • Report language you choose.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, for example to get a report or ask for deletion.
  • Technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and request times) to run and protect the service.

We do not ask for your email or an account password, and there is no sign-up.

2. What we do not store

  • Palm and face photos are analysed on your own device and are never uploaded or saved. To do this, your browser downloads the analysis model files from jsDelivr and Google's storage servers.
  • Other phone numbers you type into "Check another number" are used for that calculation only and are not saved.
  • The Kundli results and reports are built for you and are not kept in your browser after you leave the page. Only your chosen site language is remembered on your device.

3. Why we use it

  • To calculate your chart, numerology and reports.
  • To keep a private history of Kundli and matching requests so we can support users, reopen a request when you contact us, and fix problems.
  • To deliver a report you ask for on WhatsApp.

4. Where it is stored and who can see it

The request history is stored in a private storage area of our hosting provider, Vercel. It is not public and is only visible to the site owner through a password-protected screen. When you search for a place, the text you type is sent to Photon, an OpenStreetMap place-search service, to find the location.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. The site currently shows no advertising and uses no third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Request history is kept until it is deleted, either by us or at your request.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you entered. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96257 75563 with the name, date of birth or mobile number you used, and we will delete matching entries. These rights reflect India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Children

AstroSpark is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle data, for example by adding accounts, online payments, analytics or advertising, we will update this page and the date above before the change goes live.
