The Complete Kundli Report is a personalised digital product made from the birth details you give. This page explains when you get a refund or a corrected report.

You get a full refund if

• You paid but did not receive your report within 48 hours.
• You were charged more than once for the same report.
• The report file is broken or can't be opened and we can't fix it within 48 hours of you telling us.

You get a free corrected report if

• You entered a wrong date, time or place of birth. Tell us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make the report again once with the corrected details.
• You chose the wrong language. Tell us within 7 days.

No refund for

• Disagreeing with an astrological interpretation, or an event turning out differently. Astrology describes traditional tendencies and doesn't guarantee outcomes.
• Reports obtained with a free coupon code.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 96257 75563 with the name and date of birth on the report, the payment reference, and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days of approval.
